1. ZT series gearbox used in sugar mill are the new type of gearboxes with feature of low speed and heavy duty, which are designed and developed on basic of rich experience of gear manufactures in China in designing and manufacturing gearbox for sugar making press, and advanced technology from Japan, Demark, Germany, U.S.A, France and other advanced industrial countries.
ZT series gearbox for sugar making press adopt a new type construction, composed of main reducer and prepositional parallel shaft reducer, which greatly improve the load capacity and ratio range, the Max.nominal output torque is 4600KN*M, Max.total ratio can reach 340. The construction of the main reducer is double diversion of power, center drive, three-stage parallel shaft transmission, double helical gear and floating even-load structure are adopted at the input pinion, single output is used for output construction, its square toe is connected with asterism shell of sugar making press. The construction of prepositional parallel reducer is one-stage or two-stage parallel shaft transmission with cylindrical gear, its single input shaft is connected with motor through coupling.
Gear are all case-hardened, carburized, quenched and grind. The quality of gear is class 6 (ISO1328-1995,1997) or better, many specialized technologies are used for gear machining including teeth modification, shot blasting at tooth root, new style hob with stock, the welded housing is designed through three dimensional CAD to ensure its rigidity and nice apprearance. The design life of all parts is over 10 years, among them, the gear is designed with long life and high reliability. Moreover, safety electric control and inspection system is equipped to automateical check the oil pressure and all bearing temperature as well as computer central control.
